Senior Advisor / Architect. Founder, The Thirty Advisors.

Better Leaders. Better Families. Better Organizations.

Extraordinary lives in the unreasonable. Be unreasonable.

Trusted by founders, leadership teams, and multigenerational families building enterprises that endure.

YOU BUILT

SOMETHING SIGNIFICANT.

SOMETHING SIGNIFICANT.

NOW THE STAKES ARE DIFFERENT.

The enterprise is growing. The family is evolving. The next generation is watching. And the decisions you face now are not the same ones that got you here.

Your board handles governance. Your attorney handles structure. Your banker handles capital. Your accountant handles compliance.

None of them are equipped to sit across from your leadership team and ask why decisions made on Monday get undone by Thursday. None of them will tell you that your COO is afraid of you. None of them will sit with your family and surface the conversation nobody wants to start. None of them will empower you to scale at an unreasonable rate.

That is the work I do.

I work in the space between all the other advisors. The human architecture, they business systems, the mindset shift that makes or breaks whether their work holds. Get this stuff wrong, and the best legal structure in the world does not matter.

I operate under mandate, not retainer. My success is tied to yours. I often take equity positions in the companies I advise because I believe in what we are building together. And I will ask harder questions than anyone else will, because that is what the relationship requires.

AS A STRATEGIC ADVISOR AND COACH,

your success

IS MY PRIORITY

Together, we’ll use my experience and insights to empower you to navigate the most challenging issues. You will become the extraordinary leader you’re meant to be, not the bullshit holding you back. My goal? To help you:

With ruthless yet compassionate accountability. I’ve guided hundreds of leaders through unreasonable growth, helping them stabilize, visualize, strategize, and execute extraordinary goals. Whether it’s industry disruption, team dysfunction, financial hurdles, or leadership gaps, with almost 40 years of experience, I’ve been there and I’ve got you.

Extraordinary lives in the unreasonable. It’s time to be unreasonable.
